Girl of a different Era

Hey Friends,

It is wonderful to be back with you on this little place of the web!!!

And today I have some exciting news for you all……..(yep you guessed it, or more like the giant title or equally large photo gave it away.) Yes, I got a car!!! or to be more precise I got a Toyota Matrix.

This cute little car (well actually it isn’t that little.) is so wonderful!!! It was made in 2009!!! (can you believe how new that is!!! It is like the newest car our family has owned!)

This car was such a wonderuful time where we could just see God working. In fact when my Dad and I drove down to take a look at it, there was only a 50% chance that it wouldn’t be rusty. By the time we pulled along the curb I had prepared myself for the fact that we probably wouldn’t be taking it home!! Boy was I in for a surprise.

My Dad took a look under it and found that there was very little rust!!

Meanwhile I checked out the inside

Yes, it was a little dirty, but I think a good rug cleaner should fix that

The owners were so nice, and they even owned a Guinea Pig!! (That is a way to get on my good side.) And while my Dad figured out the payment with the owner, I held a Guinea pig and talked costumes with the owner’s wife. she was super nice and later on even subscribed to my YouTube channel!!

All in all this car is great, (its worst flaw is dirty seats and scratches) but I know I will get lots of use out of it!! and it will be the perfect cross-country vehicle.
