Wow, it has been a scorcher of a week. Unfortunately I was working on a garden on Thursday (the hottest day) Anyway there is nothing better for cooling down then a good lemonade. This recipe isn’t your conventional one, in fact it is a very healthy take on the normal summer favorite!!!
What you will need;
- 1 small lime
- a sprig of mint
- four stevia leaves
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 16 ounces water
Step 1; Snip up your herbs into your blender (I am using a nutribullet)
Step 2; Squeeze you lime into blender
Step 3; Pour water into blender till it reaches the 2 cup mark
Step 4; Blend till everything is minced and incorporated.
Step 5; Pour into your glass and……
